DO NOT USE. So unprofessional, don’t respond to emails, claim they haven’t seen responses, delaying the purchase totally unnecessarily. They also asked to see the AST of a tenant in the property, which would be a data breach! Seems they aren’t clued up on basic law either. If you want a smooth and efficient transaction go elsewhere. The reviews on their website are via feefo, where reviewers have to be invited to review so no surprise they’re all good reviews there! What a joke they are.
