I purchased a vehicle through Bear Street Garage. One month into ownership the car developed a very minor fault and Gary was only too happy to help me rectify this. The car was priced fairly and the service i received was extremely good. A very honest and and genuine car dealership.

At 7.30 on Saturday morning I deposited my Focus on the forecourt following an early morning rescue by the RAC following starter motor failure. I rang at 8.45 to explain and understood that they would not be able to look at it until Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call around 11.00 on Monday to confirm that a starter motor was needed and they had taken the chance to order one on Saturday morning. I agreed to their estimate and was amazed to get another call less than two hours later to say the car was ready. Brilliant service - and all very friendly. Highly recommended.

Very Positive dealing with Gary and his team. No high pressure sales - allowed us to view and test drive several cars. Offered good trade in price and discount. When we had a slight electrical issue which took quite a while to diagnose they rectified it with no quibbles. Would definitely use again.
