Excellent service from Andy and the team from start to finish - taking the time to help me to decide what I needed, designing a custom fit shutter for an awkward window beside the front door, keeping me updated on delivery and fitting dates.......and even giving me some temporary blackout blinds to tide me over! Excellent price for high quality product and fitting - could not be more pleased. We even asked for customisation (no handles, split shades) and it was no problem! Andy is expert and knowledgeable Kirsty in admin support is so kind and efficient. Had 3 bedrooms done so far and have ordered more. Don’t waste your time with corporates like Hillary’s blinds. This lot are better in every way.

Really fantastic!!! Can’t recommend Andy highly enough. Really easy to organise a no obligation shutter survey and quote - he came all the way to Newport! He went through all the options. Easy to order and good communication regarding lead times. When Andy came to fit them he did a beautiful job they look fab and was very considerate and tidy. Also the cost was VERY reasonable! After recommendation from our neighbour and seeing some of Andy's handiwork locally we booked Andy to give us a quote. From start to finish the service was 5*. He listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions, provided us with a video of what the shutters would look like & kept us informed every step of the way.
