We loved this place. It took us 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to but worth doing a few times a year. It's safe and secure and that was really important to us as we have a with additional needs and he often tries to escape. There's lots to do. Go karts, swings, wooden wigwam, two sand pits, football area (on a slope which isn't the best bit that didn't stop my husband and son having a go!), bikes and trikes, a small wooden pirate ship, two wooden play houses, a fabric swinging hammock, a bird hide, a pond (which had hundreds of tadpoles in!), many picnic tables and space to run around in. Other than a toilet there are no other facilities so make sure you take a picnic and plenty to drink. It's open to members only so visit their website for more information on how to sign up.
