Prompt and efficient service far better than previous owners, long may it continue

The change in ownership is great. Have got prescriptions from there several times since the new people took over and it’s fantastic for pharmacy services. The stock of non-prescription products is still low but it’s increasing swiftly. Don’t be put off by the reviews from when it was Lloyds.

This pharmacy changed ownership on 14th August 2023 from Lloyds to Wotton Family Pharmacy. All the reviews on this website refer to the bad service from Lloyds. The new owners have a small number of nearby pharmacies with good reputations. They are dispensing prescribed medication, but need time to restock the retail shelves.

Drove all the way to Wotton specifically for this chemist. Turns out they are being sold off and are completely under stocked, didn’t have the item I needed, nothing online to tell me this, completely wasted journey followed by road closures back to Dursley. A little mention online would have saved me a lot of time. At this point most of their shelves are bare.

This is the most unreliable chemist going. Stagg members are never enough of. Never a pharmacist in and always slow never answer the phone nothing!! Changing my chemist thats for sure

Brilliant service. I needed to speak to the pharmacist. She was most helpful and resolved my problem. No need for me to go to a doctor or A&E. Very impressed. Other members of the staff most helpful. By no means my local Chemist but so worthwhile travelling to speak to them. First class product range sold by knowledgeable staff. Many thanks.

This pharmacy is a mixed bag. The service is slow, very slow. The wait times can be maddening. There are times when there can be a overflow of staff, yet only one on the till. They're often late with prescriptions doing them at the last minute once you come in. However staff can be helpful and are always polite.

Amazing staff, really helpful and great to speak to! Always got a vast amount of stock and some really good deals going! Staff are always smiling and cheerful from my experiences! If you’ve got a question or even a problem they always do their best to help!!

Just wanted to say how much Lloyds in wotton has improved. In the past it's been a nightmare, but recently the service has got 100 % better. Not sure what you are all doing, but keep it up all of you

Really short on staff. My doctor sends prescription and the pharmacy still doesn't have it made up ready 4 days later 'Can you come back tomorrow?!' Then you have to wait 20mins for it to be made up. Got alot in there and do good offers now and then. But the delay does put you off.
